You’ll arrive at the salon to find ample parking on York St. in front of the salon, at the North wall of the building, or in the parking lot across the street (enter behind Curritos).


When you arrive, check-in for your visit at the front desk. At check-in, we will bring you a coffee, tea, filtered H2O, or wine to help ease you into the comfort of your visit. If you’re visiting the Spa on the 2nd floor (accessible by stairs or elevator) we will show you the way to the “Tranquility Lounge,” complete with soothing white noise and aromatherapy. There, you may also help yourself to our Beverage Bar, (wine is not self-serve, pleas ask for your favorite white or red) Magazines and WiFi are available on both floors to keep you entertained.


At the beginning of your appointment you will have a thorough consultation.  This is the time where we start making a short and long term care plan to set realistic expectations so you will feel your best.

We want to make sure that you can maintain your visit with at-home care, tips, tricks, and products that are always explained and discussed. Your customized care plan will factor in your lifestyle, current condition, investment & end goal. As partners, we need to work together. Everything discussed and performed will be added to your profile to ensure great results every time!
