Tools & Implements

• Our staff’s implements and tools are always clean and sanitized. We use an EPA- approved disinfectant for the required 10-minute total immersion after washing them, and further sanitize in our autoclave. An autoclave machine uses elevated temperature and pressure to sterilize tools; they are used in the medical and dental industries.
• Our towels have always been cleaned and sanitized after each use.
• We use disposable tools and products when possible. If you’re a regular, you may remember we have always given you your own “box of tools” that is only used on you and no one else.

• We installed acrylic dividers between each mani and pedi station. We call them our “condos.”
• Before sitting down, know that we clean and sanitized our chair after use. We use a medical-grade sanitation spray and wipe.
• Our manicure & pedicure stations are divided with acrylic dividers in between chairs, but also our manicure stations have another dividers in between you and your technician.
• Double hand washing for nail technician before each service
• If you are receiving a manicure, we require you to clean and sanitize your hands with our special soap- HIBICLENS. Hibiclens begins killing germs on contact and can continue working for up to 24 hours. It’s used as part of the pre/post-operative skin washing procedure in hospitals, so you know your hands are clean and safe before beginning your service. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING AFTER THEY ARE CLEANED; especially your phone.
• Our pedicure bowls are sinks that drain completely, so that means- no left over water from the previous service. They are cleaned and sanitized after each use, along with the chair you sit in. The bowls have disposable plastic liners that are used in the bowl before the water is even turned on. This further protects your toes when receiving your service.
